In today’s world, network communication technology have produced a qualitativeleap.Along with the rapid development of VoIP technology, IP communication terminals canrealize more and more functions.In order to make better use of these networks and equipment,The concept of a unified communication platform have been gradually raised.However, Mostof the existing unified communication platforms on the market have following drawbacks:They are difficult to support the functional extensions.The functions they apply cannot beflexibly developed, installed and uninstalled.What’s more, the communication protocols theyuse are not open enough which makes them difficult to interact with other application systems.How to develop unified communication platform products which are easy to expand,supporting heavy load and easy to maintain to meet the needs of enterprises’ communicationhas become a key issue.The products developed by OSGi technology, ESB technology andMessaging Middle-ware MQ could meet the all requirements.It is undoubtedly a goodsolution for unified communication providers.First, this thesis deeply explores the principles and advantages of OSGi, ESB andMessaging Middle-ware MQ, which are the theoretical basis of this thesis.Second, the overallframework of the unified communication platform is being proposed, and the workingmechanism of each module in the overall framework is being introduced.And new targets arebeing proposed for the integrated framework because of the drawbacks in the traditionalintegrated framework, such as not easy to expand, the low load and difficult to maintain.According to the new targets, each module of the integrated framework of the unifiedcommunication platform is being detailed designed, and the integrated framework of unifiedcommunication platform which has good scalability, extensibility, and support the heavy loadis being realized.By integrating the office automation system and the performance testing of theframework, the framework could meet the desired requirements is being verified. Finally, asummary of the whole thesis is made and look to the future.
