In this digital information times,New media has become more mature,hasbecome people’s lives,an important part of the work,which in various forms usingdigital technology to provide information to people through the Internet andcomputers,mobile phones and other terminals and entertainmentservices.Dissemination of the contents he brings the same,but different modes oftransmission,consumers are more and more. With the social intelligence,digitaldevelopment,community work gradually toward digital,promote innovation and thedevelopment of community work mode mode.The main purpose of this study was to digitize the use of community service inthe new media environment. Digital community on the one hand is to start showingthe transformation of community service,one community office building digital smartcity development,innovation and provide the basis for social governance.This article will Hanyang Area with the community,for example,by describingthe community of digital services platform in the actual use of communityservice,study its actual form and effect analysis of the development of digitalcommunity features,functions and importance of practical work in community sex.But the digital community development subject to certain constraints,while thetraditional single community services,community building into an important factordeficiencies,community residents are not high participation constraints digitalcommunity development.Spread through the community digitized grid,intelligent use,so as to achieve thebest community management and services,digitization services for community residents,management efficiency,and convenience of living environment,and promotethe vitality of grassroots democracy,build quality living conditions.
