Web based2D (two-dimensional) virtual try-on has the advantages of loadingfast, real effects, maintaining easily, lower costs, etc, so it is the most widely used inapparel E-Commerce as well as the mainstream virtual try-on technology in the fieldof apparel E-Commerce. Virtual model with standard body is adopted to show thefitting effects of apparel in2D virtual try-on launched by current dressing room onlinegenerally. However, due to the diversity and complexity of user’s body type, only ahandful of users have the ideal standard body. As a result, the uncertainty of apparelfit information for users affects their purchase desire imperceptibly. Therefore, how tocustomize corresponding virtual model based on the parameters of user’s body tosimulate personalized body fitting effect becomes one of the key issues in2D virtualtry-on of current apparel E-Commerce. In addition, the process of apparel materialprocessing for2D virtual try-on is burdensome and complex, so efficient and simplematerial processing technique is urgent to be developed to meet the need of apparelfitting material production with large-volume and timeliness.Aiming at the above problems, this thesis supported by the innovation foundationof Xi’an Municipal Science and Technology Bureau “The Key Technology R&D inB2C Apparel E-Commerce” researches on personalized body based2D virtual try-ontechnology and2D apparel meterial processing method. The main work in this thesisincludes:(1) For the problem that the current production process of2D apparel fittingmaterial is burdensome and complex, an useful exploration of apparel meterialprocessing approach is done. This thesis proposes a material processing method basedon image registration and RGB weighting color difference to accommodate2Dapparel fitting material production with large volume and timeliness.(2) Personalized body customization technology for2D virtual try-on is studiedand a personalized body customization scheme based on template reuse is proposed.In the scheme, a standard model image is taken as the basic template and reasonabledeformation of the standard model image is implemented through interpolationalgorithm according to the parameters of user’s body on the basis of automaticdivision of the feature regions, thus enabling user to customize personalized body ofvirtual model.(3)2D apparel deformation technology based on personalized body is studied.Reasoning deformation on apparel fitting material image is implemented according to the features of personalized model body through interpolation algorithm on the basisof the divided feature regions of standard model image, so as to simulate the fittingeffect based on personalized body.(4) The archetypal system of Web and personalized body based2D virtual try-onis designed and accomplished applying the algorithms achievements in the sectionsaforementioned in this thesis, providing beneficial references for the improvement andperfection of current2D virtual try-on technology in the platform of apparelE-Commerce.
