"University Computer Foundation" curriculum for basic education curriculumpractice a computer a first-year freshman courses, the emphasis is to cultivatepractical ability of students. Although every week for students to arrange theexperimental class, but the course is the lack of a powerful, system stability, goodsafety network teaching platform to develop hybrid practice teaching, reform thetraditional teaching mode, cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability.Analysis of the first Moodle platform on the curriculum management systemmanagement system development background, design idea, characteristics,advantages and application development of bibliographic data, then compares severalnetwork teaching platform and used the Moodle, draw a conclusion why chooseMoodle to build the network teaching platform in the school.In this paper the author after the research and Study on the Moodle platform,how to use it successfully built the Huaqiao University network teaching platform,and the course "University Computer Foundation" as an example of application of theprocess of the practice research. To fully understand the design principle, the designprocess of Huaqiao University network teaching platform and reasonable teachingdesign of "University Computer Foundation" the network curriculum, the authorcarried out the deployment and design and development of a database test system toimprove the teaching platform in the database function of the network teachingplatform. In the introduction to the network curriculum into practice, this paper alsouses and characteristics of the function of each module of the platform are described,also elaborates the design in the curriculum guide blended teaching theory of teachingresources and teaching activities, monitoring the teaching strategy selection, teachingprocess implementation and the teaching activity.Next, this paper introduced the network curriculum design in the application tocarry out blended teaching, conducted a questionnaire survey and analysis of thenetwork teaching effect of the course. The survey results show that, the use ofnetwork course of "University Computer Foundation" teaching for help and of greatsignificance to promote student learning. In addition, according to the uniqueadvantages of practical teaching experience using the Huaqiao University networkeducation platform itself has and the teachers help and significance.Finally, this article on the learning and use of the Moodle platform in HuaqiaoUniversity has successfully built a network teaching platform, some experience andthe experience obtained and released the "University Computer Foundation" thenetwork curriculum teaching in practice are summarized, the hope can help to thestudy and use of Moodle teachers.
