Currently the software industry facing an important problem, is the improvement of software product quality and production efficiency. Software reuse is an effective solution to this issue, full use of source code, designs, requirements, test cases accumulated in the past software development, to achieve the greatest degree of multiplexing reusable components during software development process. Domain Engineering is one of the key factors of systematic software reuse succeeded, which provides reusable software with reuse of information and the promotion of reusable information evolution. In order to achieve system development for mining investment management of reusable, to achieve system development for mining investment management of reusable, on its domain of application using the way of Domain Engineering, access to reusable resources(analysis model, design model, multiplexing function module).In this paper, management information systems of mining investment is the sample system, needs of more than more than30mining investment management of enterprise in Yunnan province is researched and analyzed, mining investment management policies and regulations is interpreted, through these three way, the mining investment management area information is collected and collated. And according to behavior of Domain Engineering activities, firstly, defining domain needs, and using object-oriented method on mining investment to a higher level in the field of domain analysis, this domain commonality and variability is identified, domain analysis and design model is established by using UML unified modeling language, and finally the reuse model is finished, by domain implementation. This paper is characterized by the use of applying Software Reuse Domain Engineering, Software Component to the mining investment management domain.Mining investment industry software development model of industrialization is proposed. This model in the field of mining investment works not only in systems such as databases and middleware software reuse, but mining investment in the mining business research based on the functional areas covered by the application system similar or close to software requirements, for reuse of specific software applications within a collection of reusable components, to promote the development of industries and engineering applications of the field is useful.By Domain Engineering of the mining investment management area, reusable resources are provided for developing new systems for mining areas of investment management system. Development efficiency of the new system will be improved, development costs will be reduced.
