Based On The Enterprise Value Network File Sharing Of Information Resources Mode

Enterprise file information resources are the original records which occurred from the process that enterprise to solve the practical problems in business operation, it plays an important role in recording enterprise history, enterprise assets and maintaining business operation. Value network is a new model of enterprise resources sharing management in a broad sense, which aims to build up a win-win value system to meet customers’ needs. Based on this background, and combine with basic principle and features of the enterprise file information resources, this paper is structured to achieve the basic objective of which is to make the enterprise to account information highland by completing important strategic task. This paper firstly analyzed the related theories of value net and enterprise file information resources sharing, then to find out the common concept, necessity and feasibility between value net and enterprise file information resources sharing. Further to that, to come up with the problem which needs to be solved urgently is to build a new enterprise file sharing model via enterprise management model. Based on the analysis above, this paper is divided into four chapters and researched by case study.The first chapter, elaborates the research value and significance for the topics that the file information resources sharing of enterprise under the management mode of value net, recalls the domestic and foreign scholars research the value net and the file information resources sharing of enterprise, summarizes the shortcomings of the file information resources sharing in domestic and foreign enterprises, and then Instructions the research, innovation and research programs of this thesis.The second chapter describes the basic theory of value net and the file information resources sharing of enterprise.The third chapter analyzes that the information network impacts the value net and the file information resources of enterprise, analyzes management and services for the file information resources of enterprise impact the value net, analyzes the necessity and feasibility for developing the value net to the file information resources of enterprise.Chapter Four, builds the file information resources sharing mode of enterprise based on value net.Chapter Five, Dell’s case further illustrates the methods that the file information resources of enterprise shared in value net.
