Spectrum scarcity is becoming a serious problem in wireless communicationsystems. Cognitive radio technology is an intelligent wireless communication accesstechnology based on software radio. The cognitive radio wireless communicationdevices can share spectrum resource dynamically. In modern communication systems, wireless communication devices is increasing number, and space electromagneticenvironment is more complex than the previous, How to guarantee the normalreception of wireless communication in the complex and chaotic electromagneticenvironment is facing huge problems in wireless communication. Cognitive radionetwork technology is more sensitive to the electromagnetic signal interferencebecause access dynamically, so, cognitive radio interference suppression is particularlyimportant and urgent.Game theory is a method and strategy, which can help players to make rationaldecisions to achieve their objectives. Many research results have shown that gametheory is a powerful tool to deal with distributed optimization resource allocation inwireless networks where the users are selfish and make their decisions instead of beingcontrolled by a central authority. In this paper, we propose a power control algorithm for interference suppressionwith non-cooperative game theory in cognitive radio networks. A novel strategy ispresented to meet different multi-environment constrains based on non-cooperativepower control game with pricing (NPGP) model, which can guarantee the performanceof cognitive radio users. We define a utility function which can control the networkpower consumption effectively. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm which hasdifferent price for NPGP in different channel environments, so as to accommodatedynamic cognitive radio networks. The game is proved to be convergent to auniqueness Nash equilibrium. The simulations show that the propose algorithm canallocate power fairer and better performance in different environments.
