One important task of the university daily teaching management is how toimplement effective university educational administration management, and educationaladministration information management is the core of the university educationaladministration management work, and it is the basis of the universities organizing andcarring out daily teaching activities, involving the whole school, each department, theteachers and students and other aspects. With the increasingly growing of Chineseuniversities teaching scale, the teaching reform of the university further deepen, moreand more schools began to implement the credit system, which makes the scope ofeducational adminstration management larger and larger, the involved businesses aremore and more, and at the same time it also needs the cooperation with variousdepartments, only in this way it can be successful in university educationaladministration management work. Therefore, how to create a rapid and high-efficiencyuniversity educational administrator management system which adapts the currentuniversity educational administration development direction, change the currentbackward and inefficient conditions of university educational administration, realizingthe scientific, rational and efficient educational administration management objectiveshave become a top priority.This thesis is based on the analysis to C/S and B/S respective advantages anddisadvantages, combines with the implementation conditions of Jinzhong Collegeschool year and credit system, and put forward the design ideas based on the C/S andB/S mixed-mode educational administration system. Firstly, this thesis puts forward theoverall design mode of Jinzhong College educational administration managementsystem, carries out the specific demand analysis to the various functional modes, on thisbasis, establishes relatively complete UML models for each module, so as to provide thespecific implementation plan for the design and realization of Jinzhong Collegeeducational administration management system. Then，it improves the traditionalarrangement algorithm of traditional educational administration management system, by using genetic and greedy algorithm, finishes Jinzhong College’s intelligent course tasks,uses Matlab software to carry out simulation experiment to the improved arrangementalgorithm, and the simulation results show that the effectiveness of the arrangementAlgorithm. It uses the weighted draw algorithm to finish the Jinzhong College’s coursechooseion task, carries out the load test to the course chooseion algorithm, makes thespecific analysis to the test results, the test results show that the course chooseionalgorithm is fair and reasonable. Finally, it summarizes the research results of this thesis,points out the existedinadequacies, and makes the prospection to the further researchwork.
