Design And Enforcement Of The Peoples’ Livelihood Mobile Service System Of Chaoming Community

In recent years, with the developing of the domestic mobile network technologyand application fields of mobile data services, the enterprises and industries whichbased on the mobile network began to emerge. Out of the responsibility for serving thepublic, the Chaoming Community figures out the solution for mobile officing whichuse for intelligent mobile terminal, called Peoples’ livelihood Mobile Service System.With the officing of Chaoming Community in pilot project, the system building is aimto expand the governments’ mobile services by stages, of which is based on achievingmobile officing gradually according to the actual demands. Informing social workers’payroll, inquiring reality policies and arrangement of daily affairs are included in themainly functions of Peoples’ livelihood Mobile Service System.This paper is mainly concern about the analyses of the livelihood mobile servicesdemands, system structure, system analysis and project, as well as the technicalrealization. And on these foundations, a set of solution which is suitable for thedemands of governments’ mobile services had been worked out. This system takes thelightweight J2EE framework as the core, besides the good expansibility, it also reducesthe development costs. By using the web service technology, it realizes the componentdistributed, which can reduces the system coupling, and is convenient to supportingvarious kinds of heterogeneous system interface. The system applies the general clientaccessing protocol interfaces, which can well adapted to the different networkbandwidth environment.The Peoples’ livelihood Mobile Service System of Chaoming uses the relatedtechnology of smart phone operating system Windows mobile meanwhile theserver-side by using J2EE framework. The system is made up of application accesssubsystem, application download subsystem and application business managementsubsystem. And it also can be flexible expand external system interface as needed. Thissystem has been put online in Chaoming community when developed, it meets the customers requirements and reaches the expected effects.
