In the21st century, the pace of life and work of the people faster and faster, pressure from all sides, and disorders dietary laws and other issues one after another, leading to a variety of diseases. After years of research, scientists have noticed that the body of reactive oxygen species (ROS) is an important factor to produce a variety of diseases. Hypochlorous acid as a reactive oxygen species in vivo macrophage derivatives, induce apoptosis of vascular endothelial cells and expression of tissue factor, atherosclerosis and the pathogenesis of certain types of cancer are closelyrelationship. It is because of the important role of reactive oxygen species in a variety of physiological and pathological processes, the identification and detection of a variety of reactive oxygen species has become one of the topics at the forefront of the development of chemistry challenging.Chemical sensor is a selective, high sensitivity, low detection limit, high temporal and spatial resolution microanalysis technology, and has played an important role in the detection of hypochlorous acid. The hypochlorous acid chemical sensors at this stage, however, the interaction process between the chemical sensor and hypochlorous acid are interferenced by various factors. Therefore, the design and synthesis of a fluorescent probe specific recognition of hypochlorous acid is particularly important. Fluorescein dye probe because of its good water solubility, fluorescence emission and longer wavelength ultraviolet absorption, good light stability and high quantum yield. However, due to the presence of a hydroxyl group or an amino group in the structure, the fluorescein dye is very sensitive to pH, the pH of the test environment have high requirements. So improve selectivity of the fluorescein-based probe, looking for probe with high selectivity and sensitivity, but also has good stability and environmental adaptability has become a hot topic of hypochlorite chemical sensor research.To the the hypochlorite chemical sensor research and development status, in this paper we designed and synthesized three hypochlorous acid chemical sensors. Two of them are fluorescein-based chemical sensor, another is Schiffbases chemical sensors. The three chemical sensor have high selectivity and anti-interference to hypochlorite, and can be determined the recognition results by the naked eye. We introduce a new detection mechanism in hypochlorite detection, through build a bridge between the probe and hypochlorite ions with the medium of cuprous ion, achieve the detection of hypochloriteprobe. We also try to electrochemical methods, computational chemistry methods to research the mechanism of probe identify the hypochlorite. And actively explore the actual use of the probe in the feasibility, by titration hypochlorite in84disinfectant proven practical value of our work.
