Under the influence of traditional maintenance concept, the maintenanceinformation management of China Air Unit has mainly depended on the manual for along time. However, with the acceleration step of force information construction,especially the development of computer technology application, original manual can notmeet the modern soaring requirements of more and more complicated maintenance. Itbecomes truly essential that aviation maintenance management is to be informationizedwith the increasingly important role and wonderful performance.First of all, based on the current situation of the maintenance of certain regimentbelonged to China Air Unit, this paper focuses on the analysis of aircraft maintenancemanagement, points out that the current maintenance problems and deficiencies in themanagement, and puts forward the solution of the military aircraft maintenance planmanagement system of establishment. Secondly, with the analysis of aircraft using plansand planes’ service life on combat storage S, and according to the effect coefficient ofdifferent factors, using analytic hierarchy process law to determine the weight matrix, amathematic model of airplanes’ service life on combat storage S and using planes isestablished, and it proves correct with the result of the instance by the use of particleswarm opimization for the method. And then, on the base of requirement analysis andfunction analysis, the overall design and system design are unveiled. Finally, with theuse of Client/Server structure model, powerful Visual Studio2010as the foregroundtool for the interface development and selection of SQL Server2008R2for database toComplete the system development.
