The purpose of this thesis is the researching of multi-channel auto collecting lightpower meter system.Light power meter system becomes necessary instruments of fiber test systemrecently. The light power meter is mainly depending on import, expensively, complexoffering on or two test channel. According to recently projects, a test system working on1310nm to1550nm with high precision, low cost, good stability and automaticmulti-channel is necessary to be researched.The research details are shown. Firstly, the principles of light-electricity shift anddetect probe are described followed by electrical hardware design concludingpreamplifier, A/D shifter, Single Chip Micyoco(SCM) control circuit, interface, etc.Secondly, software is introduced focusing on SCM control, serial communication andman-machine conversation design. Lastly, adjusting and test are introduced that meetthe project requirement.The light power meter system performances well on precision, low costs andconvenient. It can monitor4channels at most synchronous that is convenient ratherthan handle control increasing test efficiency and more data to be analyzed. The resultcan be displayed and memorized on PC for later analyze.
