Industrial wireless technology, as instantiations of wireless sensor networktechnology in the industrial field application, is a newly emerging wirelesscommunication technology for managing the short-range, low-rate informationinteractions among devices. Industrial wireless technology which is used forindustrial wireless sensor network, aims at realizing industrial on-site datacollection and wireless transmission one-stop service. As the factors, such asfull-space radiation means of wireless communication, the complexity of theindustrial environment and so on, makes reliability of the network communicationcan not be guaranteed. How to improve the reliability of communication is researched, and the typicalrouting protocols and the main congestion mechanisms are analyzed in industrialwireless sensor network. Through the research on the reliability of routingprotocols and congestion response mechanisms, a multi-path reliable routingprotocol based on backup key nodes (BK-MRRP) and a reliable transport protocolfor wsn urgent information with prediction mechanism (PMUI) are proposed.BK-MRRP protocol uses path correlation, link quality and node backup technology,to reduce the network overhead and to improve the reliability of data transmission. In order to improve the reliability of network transmission, some high correlationnetwork uses the key node backup technology. When the network topology changes, alternate path is found for data transmission timely and flexibly. The protocolimproves the congestion control mechanism based on the RTP-UI, combining theexpected queue length with the expected queue change rate, and analyses thecurrent queue congestion and predicts the change trend of the next cycle of thequeue by using the priority control mechanism and the prediction mechanism.Congestion degree of node is evaluated and different rate adjustment schemes areadopted depending on different states. Finally, the proposed protocols in this dissertation are simulated by NS2simulation tool. The simulation result shows that both the two routing protocolshave good reliability and low transmission delay.
