However, in recent years, highly toxicpesticides, nitrates, heavy metal content exceeded and the events such as "black heartdish "," poisonous leek,"the dichlorvos fresh vegetables","Yongnian garlic" iscommon.With the increase in export trade security disputes, solve the quality andsafety of vegetables is imminent.With the application of food safety traceability system, you can identify the rootcause of problems and recall or withdrawal the products in question. All of these canhelp to achieve the transparency on food management. All states have see theestablishment of food safety traceability system as a new technology measures toprotect the food safety. As a vegetables big country in China, in order to meet the needof the demand and supply of quality vegetables for the significant activities and thebroad masses of vegetable safety, improve the safety of vegetables, ensure thatvegetable production, testing, processing, storage, transportation, marketing and otheraspects of data information traceability and can be examined. So it is an effectivesolution to issues vegetable safety by establish a "plow-to-table" green vegetablesupply chain management and information traceability system.Abroad the research of food safety traceability system started earlier, somedeveloped countries have entered the application phase. In order to meet the needs ofmarket development, our country have been carrying out the construction work of the food safety traceability system. However, there are so many problems about thevegetable traceability system such as laws and regulations of the formulation,construction is relatively backward, the cost is too high, the whole supply chain is notyet formed, and data utilization is not high. To solve all of the problems, we rely onRFID, WIFI, GPS, two-dimensional code, the Web Service and other advancedtechnologies and combine the features and characteristics of the vegetables, food andbeverage industry, use theoretical and practical methods to study the system.At first, we analysis from the planting of vegetables to the sales process, and usethe idea of retrospective information model, and then put forward a "plow-to-table"green vegetable supply chain management and information traceability system model;Second, rely on the Web Service technology integrate for the data in the system, andpropose merging algorithm to clean up the data, to ensure that the vegetabletraceability system versatility, scalability, and improve the utilization of dataduplicated records; Finally, according to the theories and methods of softwareengineering, with the eclipse development platform, applications java language, SQLServer2005database and complete vegetables traceable display system design andfunction.
