The Deviation Research Of The Media Reports On Youth Employment

The employment problem is the basic problem, not only affects hundreds of millions of peoplearound the world, but also as an important topic the news media must often to cover, which oftenreflect and communicate society public opinion and information. The problem of employment is oftennew and fresh, both old analysis ways to use, but also the New World to find, so we can see the valueand significance of writing this article.The whole article discusses the six chapters. The article structure is to ask questions,todemonstrate and analysis, then to draw conclusions and make recommendations. The first chapter isthe introduction, origin and research purposes. The second chapter analyzes the development andresearch profile of the youth employment situation in China. Research on youth, employment, youthemployment, youth employment history in China, and research on youth employment reported byChina Youth Daily are also introduced. The third chapter is the study design, the main contentsinclude five youth definition of the concept, sample selection, research questions, theory, researchmethods and hierarchical framework. The fourth chapter is the main part of this paper, the use offrame theory of the China Youth Daily from2008to2012, a total of five years on text content analysisof the youth employment reports. The fifth chapter is the analysis of government policies andregulations in the employment framework. Mainly from two aspects of employment law andemployment support measures, contrast with media reports framework to find theoretical deviation byusing media criticism theory. The last chapter is findings, conclusions, and proposes appropriaterecommendations for improvement, finally reflects on the problems and defects in this paper.For the issue of youth employment reports, I suggest the news media can maintain a certain reportframework, should also be changing with the specific social environment, and should respect notonly the objective laws of the news reports but also the perspective of humanistic care, focusingonmentality and psychological demands of the youth employment reports and concerns.
