With the rapid development of global scale of the third generation mobile communication system (3G) and popularization of portable3G network terminal,communication has been gradually developing to be personal and data-orienting,mobile data communication has been driven by the strong demand for high speed data service.However,the high frequency of3g network signal decided that the penetrability was restricted, and produced a large number of indoor coverage blind area.With the high-speed progress of3G business,High speed data business increase at a rapid rate,large base station is being overwhelmed,and Maintenance costs increase,3G business experience come in low expectations.A emerging technology--which combined with micro cell and WIFI access point--Femtocell technology was born.It will used to enhance the indoor coverage of emerging technology.This paper is in the context of Femtocell technology,it will research The application of Media access control layer in TD-SCDMA Femtocell Protocol stack software system.Media access control layer is located in the bottom of data link layer of TD-SCDMA Femtocell,plays an important role in realizing high speed wireless communication.This paper will design the the structure of MAC layer in the network layer protocol, research the function of MAC layer of UTRAN side realize the interaction between UE side and UTRAN side. We will specific realize mutual mapping of logical channel and transmission channel of the MAC layer in TD-SCDMA Femtocell terminal system.Also,it will realize Choosing appropriate transmission format For the transmission channel according to the logical channel resources rate,And we will validate the algorithm was right through the signal source simulation realization in this paper.
