More and more people begin to use RFID tags due to the advantage that is quickly scan, strong penetrating and high security. Especially the RFID tag is widely used in the field of electronic and communication with the rapidly development of the Internet. However, in the field of active RFID tags, the limitations of battery become increasingly prominet. The battery that embedded in the active tag is too thick, and when the battery is depleted, the tags stop to work. Ultra-thin lithium-ion battery can solve thickness problem, and the wireless charging technology can make charging be more convenient. Therefore, the research about it will be very meaningful.This paper describes the composition and working principle of radio frequency identification technology, wireless charging technology and ultra-thin lithium-ion battery technology, and describes the design and implementation process of the active RFID electronic tag that is based on nRF24LEl chip. According to the design requirements, this paper selects nRF24LE1chip as the core module, and analyze the chip’s internal modules and parameters index, and complete the schematic design and PCB layout of the active tag system with software Protel DXP. In the process of schematics designing, integrated ultra-thin lithium-ion battery to power the circuit and added crystal oscillator circuit, matching network circuit and other peripheral circuit. In the process of PCB layout, considered the electromagnetic, electrical characteristics, and other factors. Do the performance test of PCB antenna with the PNA3629instrument which is vector network analyzer. Integrated wireless charging module for the ultra-thin lithium-ion battery. Using Micrsoft Visual Studio that is a PC software design the application software and system terminal display interface, the system can successfully call the personnel information of the tags in the MySQL database for displaying in the windows interface, and finally achieve the basic functions of the confernece system.
