Organizing text data by using XML technology, using the Swingtoolkit to develop the user interface, parameter estimation system using the MVCpattern development, realization of voltage and reactive power operation conditionassessment software design, provides the grid topology analysis, state estimation, powerflow calculation and reactive power optimization calculation module of voltage andreactive power operation state evaluation calculation. Taking great company actualpower grid as an example, the typical voltage reactive power operation state, has carriedon the comprehensive evaluation, concluded that reactive power voltage and reactivepower capacity and reactive power control ability evaluation results, verify theapplicability of the evaluation method.
