| With the development of information technology, enterprise interaction platform has notbeen limited to face-to-face communication. Interacting via Internet has become more andmore popular. It is hard for furniture material manufacturers to grasp all information aboutproducts in short period, due to the complexity of the models and varieties of products.This paper is mainly based on the Furniture Material City in Longjiang, Shunde, Foshan，Guangdong. It aims at providing a free consultation and product display platform for overthree thousand manufacturers, which helps clients ifnd the latest advisory, the latest supplyingproducts, the latest purchasing products, the latest cooperating projects, the latest agentproducts as well as the latest information in exhibitions, and even the latest price of theproducts for reference. In addition, this system will also provide the nearest and latestlogistics advisory information and recruitment information. It plays a role as a bridge thatconnects suppliers and customers.Unlike other related e-commerce industries, this paper focuses on the following fouraspects: firstly, this platform is free for supplier to display and popularize their products;secondly, this platform supplies latest consulting services and newest reference prices; thirdly,it provides newest logistics services. Optimizing those logistics resources will helpmanufacturers save delivery fees; at last, it offers recruitment information to localmanufacturers, which promotes enterprises’ development.The system is using Dreamweaver MX as a development tool, using PHP+MYSQLdevelopment technology and adopting the open-source framework of THINKPHP to achieveit. It not only has high development eiffciency，but also has good extensibility and portability.Maintenance and management will be easier in the future. |
