Nowadays,the Internet industry develops very fast,so the people require the communication service quality more and more higher.But this is just opposite with the actual situation which is more and more terminal link to the Internet. Moreover with the defining of CPS(Cyber Physical System) appeared,the requirement of the real-time, rationality and fairness communication becomes more higher.At the present,the communication realized from fliedbus to network mainly consist of fieldbus, the connection of ethernet controller and the realization of the network communication protocol.But the existing remote system, especially related to the industrial control system, most of the control connect the ethernet through the fieldbus,and then access to the local large-scale computer center to realize the LAN network controlling. And CPS requirements all equipments to be inserted can control themselves or control others equipments in the Internet, so to make use of the large computer to control the applications is not realistic, we should make use of the simple MCU system complete the corresponding control,it is a more practical way to realize a basic network node of CPS.If we want to use the MCU system to complete to collect the informations, communication transmission and completely automatic control or auxiliary other equipment control, we also have lots of problems to be solved.There are two main problems in the solving the communication service quality. In the traditional to improve the communication rate with the MCU system mainly on the way to improve controller software function to realize; in the deficient IP address of network communication environment,generally improve the communication congestion status by improving the congestion control method of TCP layer.This paper focuses on the research content is to solve above two problems in network communication links. First of all, in the environment of the limited MCU hardware resources, add to smaller hardware cost to solve the problem of the RS-485bus which is half duplex.This paper will add a controller to make another fliedbus which feedbacks the RS-485bus communication, and through that to Improve the real-time of the system. In addition,on the basis of the original classical congestion control algorithm,to add the thought of the genetic algorithm, and ultimately to perfect the control function of the network software agreement, so as to improve the network congestion problem.
