At present, the crystal resonator is an indispensable component of digital products,while the process from design and development to production technology of the crystalresonator is still relatively backward. The product labeling, an important link of crystalresonator production process, is studied in the paper. A crystal resonator combinedpositioning device of laser marking and automatic feeding is developed, which improvesthe production efficiency and product quality for the crystal resonator producers.In order to meet the production requirements of accurate positioning and rapidconveying for the crystal resonator producers, the three main parts of the crystal resonatorcombined positioning device of laser marking and automatic feeding, which includes themechanical principle, control system and electromagnetic compatibility, are optimallydesigned in accordance with the overall design scheme of mechanical and electricalintegration. And the system safety is tested based on production practice. In terms of themechanical design, the four core parts of automatic feeding positioning device includingshift mechanism, hopper, feeding and positioning mechanism are optimally designed. Interms of the control system, the hardware of the single-chip control system is designed,manufactured and debugged, and especially such key hardware as the photoelectricdetection circuit, vibration feeding frequency driving circuit and electromagnet isoptimally designed. The principle of programming and the implementation flow chart forthe control system are put forward, and the main program is written according toproduction requirement. In terms of the electromagnetic compatibility, the electromagneticenvironment and main electromagnetic interference sources are analyzed.Anti-interference measures are respectively presented from hardware and software, andthe electromagnetic interference problem is preliminary discussed. In addition, accordingto the problems existed in the field work, a description of the equipment installation,debugging, common faults and troubleshooting is given, which provides convenience forthe enterprises using the device.The productive practice in the enterprise shows that the crystal resonator combinedpositioning device of laser marking and automatic feeding has high safety coefficient andgood stability, which improves the production efficiency, saves the cost of production, andhas good application value and wide market prospects.
