| Objective:Application of knowledge from the Health Management, Human Sports Science and Computer Engineering disciplines, to construct a Sports-Health Management Website Platform, serving as a basic for sports-heath promotion and future developmentMethods:1. Research by using the methods of literature data and analyzing present China domestic websites as to identify the problem.2. Using the method of questionnaire investigation and expert interviews to find out the demands for health management and network platform, and seeking advices for Sport-Health management and network platform. Through questionnaire analysis combining with the experts’ advices, the Sports-Health management network platform construction plan and needs analysis will then worked out.3. The experimental method as to make execution plan, using WEB database, the BS framework, Microsoft.NET platform technology to construct the Sports-Health Management Website Platform.Results:1. Summarizing the basic concept knowledge of "Health Management","Sub-health","Sports-Health Management" and "Exercise Prescription". Findings through analyzing present China domestic websites. The contents in Health information websites mainly related to medical information and the Health management companies focusing mainly on medical checkups, not much attention given to Sports-Health Management (&Exercise Prescription). Overall, there is a need for Sports-Health Management (&Exercise Prescription) for further application research and development of its theoretical system.2.180questionnaires:Recognition of Health Management-55%, Sub-Health-85%, Health Management Company-38%, Exercise Prescription-18%. Exercise Prescription Application: used before-13%(mostly in gym), after explaining believe and willing to use-68%, believe nutrition+exercise prescription effect will be better-97%, believe that traditional Chinese medicine+exercise prescription effect will be better-83%. This shows that the awareness and application of Sports-Health Management (&Exercise Prescription) is extremely low.3. Sports-Health Management website platform planned to have two aspects:"promoting awareness and teaching knowledge" and "application of Sports-Health Management (&Exercise Prescription)". Consideration of the different users groups, simplify the learning process, improving the efficiency of knowledge dissemination are the keys for success. Application consists of "Self health Assessment","Health Reports" and "Exercise Prescription".Conclusion:1. Completion of the basic construction of Sports-Health Management Website Platform. First module consists of:Enterprise Health Management, Home Health Management, Specified Group (Male-Female-Elderly-Children), Data Center, Health News, Electronic Commerce. Application module consists of:"Electronic Questionnaire","Electronic Medical Records" and "Exercise Prescription".2. Sports-Health Management needs more participation as to enrich its applications, and more researches to collect substantive information to develop quantitative standard. |
