Iron And Steel Enterprises Cost Forecast SAP Environment

With the changes of enterprise environment inside and outside and the implementationof enterprise information system in iron and steel enterprise,the traditional cost management can not adapt to the enterprise’s new requirement.The iron and steel enterprise production is a complex process,which is both discrete and continuous.The complex production process and diversiform production category makes the cost management difficult.The integrated cost management system is one of the choices,which can share the information with other systems,provide the timely and exact cost information for the enterprise,and provide effective tools to decrease the business costs and increase the economic profits.This paper studies the realization of the cost of production forecasting system of Iron and steel enterprises. It studies and designs the forecasting system by learning the cost management, cost forcasting and the BP Neural network technology, combining the work experience and basing on the existing ERP (enterprise resource planning) system-taking SAP system as a platform, studies of neural network based on iron and steel enterprise production cost forecast method, tests the actual production data, obtains certain result.Last, it summarizes the designing and developing of the system and analyzes the lack of research papers, and the direction of future developing.With the help of the scheme designed in this paper,where the intelligence decision function is added to the cost management of ERP, the enterprise can utilize the irdormation collected in ERP more effectively,and improve the level of intelligence of ERP so as to benefit more from the competition.
