The rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the field of enterprise applications prompted RFID technology has been widely applied. However, recently RFID solutions are aimed for large application which is cost a lot and difficult to deploy. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) cannot afford these. We need Low-cost, easily customized IoT solutions for SMEs. Since, we proposed a process-oriented customized RFID cloud service middleware system, to reduce the difficulty and cost of the SMEs in the implementation of IoT application.The article research and design the key technologies of process-oriented customized RFID cloud service middleware system architecture. We propose the service cloud implementation framework which is the core of the system, design core function modules of standard plug-service layer which are service flow execution machine, standard services and tools, establish mathematical models for standard services. Then we implement standard services with complex event processing mechanism, provide a unified standard for the service flow modeling with Petri-Nets. For service flow execution machine, we establish the system architecture and technical solution, design services flow parser module, design the architecture of service flow execution engine kernel, implement the schedule mechanism, execution mechanism and relative service modules. Lastly, we design service flow communication interface module and service flow process customized tools, re-design service flow process definition language (SPDL), make it be supported by service flow execution engine.Finally, implement the system prototype on Rifidi Edge Server middleware which is based on the OSGi framework. Simultaneously, according to Shaoxing tobacco business background, build the simulation environment base on Rifidi ToolKit. Testing the functions of the system and service flow process customization tools, for validate the idea.
