ISAR has very important practical utility in military field because it could form images on aerial target with high-resolution. The jamming effect evaluation on ISAR is an important research direction in the electronic countermeasures area. A software for jamming effect evaluation on ISAR was implemented, which could be an automation utility software tool for research on jamming effect evaluation on ISAR. The research work is done as follows:1. study on ISAR imaging and jamming and evaluation technology.On the basis of introducing currently available ISAR imaging and jamming and evaluation methods, the inputs and outputs of the algorithms were definited. All of these could be used as direction of software design and implementation for jamming effect evaluation on ISAR.2. software design on jamming effect evaluation on ISAR.The objective of software design was drawn up according to the demand analysis. Such a design thinking, that the transformation could be realized in forms of signal descriptors instead of traditional digital signals, was adopted. Then the software architecture with the features of modifiability, portability and expandability was designed by using software hierarchy and event bus structure. Software modules were detailed designed with the typical software design patterns.3. software implementation on jamming effect evaluation on ISAR.Based on VC2003software development platform and programmed in C++language, the software for jamming effect evaluation on ISAR was implemented, which was functional and reliable with good human-computer interaction as well as high degree of automation. The software had the whole preestablished functions, such as:1)supporting two kinds of operation mode which were simulation data mode and measured data mode.2) supporting batch processing, which means that this software could execute Monte Carlo simulation automatically in different jam-to-signal ratio according to various jamming patterns.3) New imaging arithmetic, jamming arithmetic and jamming evaluation method could be well integrated in this software. 4. simulation experiment and result analysis.Test scenario was designed, and both repression and deception jamming style simulation experiments was carried out, and jamming mode distribution characteristics were qualitatively analysed, and jamming effectiveness evaluation was made according to the quantitative evaluation results, Finally, stationary characteristics and feasibility and applicability of evalution indexes were evaluated.
