Research And Application Of Integration Mode Electronic Medical Record Quality Control System

This study, quality control of electronic medical records system, quality controland management from the medical record ex-post control to process quality control;the original simple writing quality control of medical records to a real medical qualitycontrol. Through information integration, a comprehensive analysis of the electronicmedical record system and hospital-based management systems, nursing managementsystem, Electronic medical record quality control system achieve a comprehensive,intelligent monitoring and management to electronic medical records. To provide aself-definition, self-expanding platform for deep-seated issues of the medical recordsquality, the hospital medical management, and quality control managementdepartments can monitor the content of their own settings and make records qualitycontrol and management with a continuous improvement capabilities. Support for thehospital to strengthen quality control, preventive health care deficiencies, improve thequality of medical care, break the traditional model of medical records quality checks,so that quality control of medical records has reached an unprecedented high.In this thesis, combining Zibo Maternal And Child Health Hospital informationconstruction project with describing the quality control of the hospital electronicmedical records system design and implementation, and with the hospital’s existinghospital information system integration application. This paper demonstrates theimportance of the electronic medical records quality control in hospitals qualitymanagement, analyzes the development situation at home and abroad, and describesthe basic concept and functional structure of the electronic medical records qualitycontrol system. In the overall planning, analysis and module design, the electronicmedical record system uses OOA/D development method, multi-layer structure ofsoftware design, and references HL7, DICOM and other data exchange standards forachieving EMR and CIS, LIS, PACS and other systems for data exchange.In order to achieve a relatively complete UML step, Trufun Kant used in the textof the UML and MDA to conduct modeling, and using class object entities, theproblem domain analysis identified USE CASE diagram, to draw a sequence diagram,activity model diagram, object class diagram, the physical implementation of thecomponent diagram, configuration maps, establishment of a database design models,and other key technology.
