The idea of this thesis is built on the basis of understandingthe theory of financial information management and financial management theory ofthe large-scale enterprise groups. The basic idea of this thesis is to discuss the contentand function of SAP system which is blending in the enterprise funds management,points out that the specificity and importance of the fund management of theenterprise group, and then focuses on analyzing the prominent problems of the Enterprise Group’s funds management and the causes with analyzing and comparingtheir applicability, the advantages and disadvantages in the application andmanagement of SAP in practice. And then this thesis will try to put forward someadvices on the applications and the revolutions of the SAP in the information-basedsystem of the financial companies in the future.This thesis uses the normative research as the main logic method combining casestudy, data analysis and chart analysis to support the idea. The basic point of view isto select and develop the appropriate financial management model of the SAPtechnology system, which contributes to the capital allocation efficiency of thefinance companies of enterprise groups and solving some of the problems encounteredby business groups in financial management.
