As the national institution in charge of execution of punishment, prison undertakes theimportant role of punishing and reforming criminals, which is regarded as a vital securityforce in the construction of a socialist harmonious society. With the development of socialinformation age, the prisons also continuously accelerate the step of information constructionand turn its work to be digitalized and intelligentialized. Currently, the prisons are still facingthe severe and complex conditions within it. How to make full use of the currentinformationalized infrastructures, improve level of police force and prison administration,reduce the regulatory risks within the prison, guarantee the regulation and production safetywithin it, are the most important strategic aims for the prisons to solve.In the thesis, the writer conducts deep research on the access control system in the prison.Based on the fact that the access control data collected through swiping the cards can reflectthe whereabouts of the policemen, thus indicating the real-time distribution of the police force,the writer conducts analysis and design towards the police information management system inthe prison. In the paper, the object-oriented analysis and designing methods is adopted toconduct system modeling; besides, it also conduct detailed demand analysis on some functionmodules of system, such as the information module concerning police force, the informationmodule regarding police service, the interface module of access control database, on the basisof which, the relevant design has been conducted on the core functions, such as real-timeinquiry of police force, the alarm concerning the abnormal situation of police force, the tipson the information of police force, the handing over and taking over of the information aboutpolice service, the data interface of the access control and so on and so forth.In the phase of design, the three-tier architecture of SSH2frame based on J2EE as wellas the B/S frame is adopted. It complies with MVC mode. Besides, the construction anddevelopment is based on layering and modularization. The design realizes the corefunctioning modules of information management system concerned with the police force inthe prison. In the design of the data interface of the access control, the trigger technology hasbeen employed to catch the information regarding the increase of data records. Taking theadvantage of Tomcat timed task and based on the established Java data concurrent classes, thecard-swiping data of the access control system can be achieved synchronously. Moreover, the real-time distribution of police force can be realized by switching the mapping relation ofXML documents into the data of police force.By means of the system, the management personnel in the prison can get the real-timedistribution information of the police force at any time; the policemen in the primary level ofthe prison can conduct registration and handing-over and when there is something abnormalin the police force and the personnel in the command center can get the alarm indicating theabnormality of the police force. The application of the system improves the work efficiencyfor the policemen to perform the guard duty and provides the decision-making reference forthe management personnel to conduct the work, such as police deployment, the distributary ofthe supervision on the criminals, thus achieving the expected aims.
