Since the successful Beijing Olympic Games, many Chinese regions and cities are actively organizing or biding for major sports events. Recent years, nearly1,000sporting events are organized every year, including some major sports events. Due to the large-scale sporting events are frequently held, the logistics plan, such as one of the important factors to hold successfully the large-scale sports events, is gradually cognitive and paid attention by the organizers.Starting from the concepts and features of the logistics of the event, this paper analyzes the application status of logistics technology in the field of domestic and international large-scale sporting events, uses Delphi method, grey model and he weighted average statistical regression to analyze and predict the demands of logistics before the game, logistics during the game, logistics after the game, with the combination of qualitative and quantitative research. On this basis, to explore and analyze the plan of the logistics center of the large-scale sports events.According to the features of the large-scale sports event logistics analysis, the paper demonstrates the complexity of the large-scale sports event logistics center location planning, then chooses multi-factors comprehensive analysis method to analyze the natural environment, the supply-demand environment, infrastructure and other influence factors of supply-demand building mathematical model by the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, and realizes logistics center locating.When we are planning the logistics center location, we should choose scientific and reasonable logistics centers, at the same time build and improve the operation mode of large-scale event logistics. Scientific planning and designing the operation mode of large-scale event logistics is the key to ensure the smooth holding of the large sporting events. This paper around logistics distribution areas division and event logistics planning and warehouse system planning, regard the minimum total distribution costs as the goal, divide the event logistics into areas. Secondly, optimize the distribution routes combining with the actual demand of distribution center and the event. Finally, study on warehousing operation content combining with the target of minimizing the storage cost to determine the optimal leading time and the order quantity.The paper’s analysis is based on the design of Beijing Olympic Games’event logistics. Firstly, use the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process for the Olympic central park, the western community, the northern tourist area and the campus, to establish fuzzy evaluation matrix analyze from environment, infrastructure, social environment, natural environment through the consistency check. The paper determines the Olympic park as the optimal setting of Beijing Olympic Games’ event logistics. Then select Haidianxingshikou logistics center as the research object by using the genetic algorithm, in the condition of meeting the demand of each event venues and time limit conditions, optimizing distribution path with three cars.
