Knowledge changes destiny. Education equity is the modern society, everyone getsthe knowledge based society, self-improvement, the starting point for the developmentof. Only through education can obtain the growth ladder, to explore the path tosuccess. At the same time, everyone has access to education, is an important part ofthe livelihood of the people, this is the largest human rights should be obtained. Thispaper on the basis of Chinese and foreign relevant even bargain on the researchliterature, firstly, expounds the relationship between the people’s livelihood andeducation, education is the biggest livelihood, education fair is the largest fair.Education unfair is the social injustice reaction in education, to promote fair educationpolicy is a strategic choice to promote social justice. The essence of education fairnesscontains humanistic care, reflects the educational interest distribution in therelationships between people. The livelihood of the people from the perspective ofeducation fairness performance for public welfare, education of the Pratt&Whitney,the education fairness in the focus on improving people’s livelihood and socialconstruction first, therefore, equity in education and improve the livelihood of thepeople should be the unity of content and objectives. Secondly, the theoretical basis offair education, analyzes the problems and reasons which exist in our current educationfairness. Education equity view of Marx thought, the human in front of to create theirown wealth and confused, eliminating confusion is a means of democraticmanagement, social fraternity, equality rights, universal education, advocated publicand free education for all children; people’s livelihood and education fairness view ofpeople’s livelihood is Mao Zedong Thought attention should be paid to labor rights,labor’s labor right; Deng Xiaoping think, develop education, can catch up with theadvanced countries in the world, to solve the education problems is to popularize andimprove the level of education. The plane of our education is the main problem of distribution of compulsory education resources is uneven, the gap between urban andrural areas; a larger gap between the ordinary high school, school choice phenomenonis serious; higher education unfair, area difference. Main causes of fair educationdifficult to achieve is the low level of economic development and imbalance, valueorientation of policy errors. Finally, according to the above analysis, put forward thepath of education fairness and improve people’s livelihood choice to realize ourcountry, namely, increase capital investment, optimize configuration, configuration,encourage education diversity development of education diversification, promote theeducation resources of education resources; improve the relief mechanism,compensation backward areas and vulnerable groups, and constantly improve theassistance management system of education, fully mobilize social forces to participatein education assistance.
