Fourth report of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Committee (IPCC,2007) that " nearly50years of global warming, there is the possibility of more than90%caused by human activity," with the acceleration of urbanization, the city expanded rapidly, rapid urban population growth, urban buildings gradually intensive, widespread use of transport, resulting in air gradually increases in greenhouse gas concentrations, temperature changes by the urbanization of a certain degree of affected. Urbanization Development and temperature changes interrelated, interaction between the two influence each other, on the one hand urban development have an impact on regional air temperature, air temperature and restricts other regional urbanization process. Urbanization impact on the development process of regional temperature has been widespread concern at home and abroad. The papers on how to measure the level of urbanization development, whether the temperature difference between the degree of change will affect the process of urbanization, the city which the relationship between temperature change and urbanization factors most closely related to issues such as a series of detailed analysis. In the study of the development of urbanization process, the considerations are usually relatively simple, they use a proportion of urban population to total population to measure the level of urbanization, the thesis that:First, urbanization is a complex issue, it is difficult to use a single indicators to measure their level of development; second, in the current study, two factors influence the level of urbanization development of urban infrastructure and urban environment less, so in this paper will increase in these two areas related indicators into account, architecture makes the index more complete science. Therefore, this paper will establish a comprehensive system of indicators to measure the use of data in China,2003~201231areas, from economic, demographic, social and environmental four factors, elect the per capita GDP, the proportion of secondary industry output value, the proportion of industrial output value, the proportion of urban population to total population, the literacy rate of the population aged15and over, built-up area, the urban population density, water penetration towns, town gas penetration, towns year-end the length of paved roads, urban residents per capita disposable income of urban unemployment, urban green space area, built-up area green coverage and urban sewage treatment rate of urbanization which15indicators, using factor analysis, the establishment of provinces urbanization evaluation index system, the level of urbanization of China’s provinces and regions,2003~2012quantitative evaluation, and on this basis, combined with gray system theory, urban gray correlation obtained with the temperature level of development, the use of gray correlation to quantitative reveals the difference between the level of urbanization temperature changes affect the city, as well as quantitative analysis of a variety of factors for urban urbanization temperature changes.
