With the rapid development of Internet, the network has become an important channel for the college students to gain political information, speak their political views,express interests and participate in political activities. The network has built a new form of political participation to College students. As90s college students of growing in the period of social transformation, they are greatly affected by the negative factors of market economy and diversification of conception,so a lot of new problems have arisen when they participate in political life on the Internet, hindereding the advance of orderly network political participation to college students. It is significant for orderly network political participation of college students to promote college students’ political socialization, maintaining stability of universities and social harmony, propeling the construction of the socialist political civilization in China. Based on the visual angles in sociology, youth science, political science, communications and other disciplines and with the help of the theory of political system, the public sphere and the political socialization,this paper discusses orderly network political participation of90s college students. According to the survey of network political participation to90s college students from six colleges in Fuzhou,this paper empirically analyses the present situation and existent problems of network political participation to90s college students.On the basis of this, the paper deeply analyses a series of reasons,which restrict orderly network political participation of90s college students. Finally the paper puts forward the five specific approaches to promoting ordered network political participation of90s college students in terms of technical support, school cultivation, government construction, system guarantee and social guidance.
