Research Of Online Writeprint Identification Oriented Campus Forum

The Internet has become one of the most important platforms for college students to express themselves and their feelings. It is very necessary to carry out the research of the network behavior of college students, in order to know the inner world of them and guide their development better. This paper attempts to study the behavior of the college students by carrying out the research on identification of the writeprint, author-topic based mining research, and the visualization research of author topics. Furthermore, the experimental data for related experiments is a large collection of posts in the Boya BBS of Huazhong Normal University.Online writeprint refers to the characteristic collection of unique writing style existed in the network texts, which can be the unique mark for identifying an author’s writing characteristics. Therefore, use this technology can effectively deal with the inconvenience during the network behavior study of the youth caused by anonymity. This paper presents a model of integrated learning algorithm which can identify patterns of Chinese network write prints even on condition that there are a large number of authors, namely the K-fold cross validation based Multinomial Naive Bayes multiple classifiers model. It has obvious advantages in the case of the same data set has a large number of authors, according to experimental verification.Topic mining research based on author-writeprint-topic of college students is an important technique to study the network behavior of college students. It can dig out the topic that each college student is fond of and the probability distribution of the topic each college student has got involved in, thus to get into their inner world. This paper constructs an author-writeprint-topic based Chinese text topic mining model, which can relatively efficiently dig out related topics and key words in experimental texts, and can further get the probability distribution of each author, according to experimental validation.Text-based visualization technology is a hot topic in recent years. This paper has designed and constructed a author-writeprint-topic based visualization model, which clearly demonstrates related conclusion about young authors, topics and key words of topics obtained from the mining model of the author-writeprint-topic of college students. This visualization model has greatly improved the comprehensibility of the author-writeprint-topic Chinese network text mining model.
