Since the reform and opening up and with the development of China’s market economy, people’s values have been changed; utilitarianism stretched and spread in the domestic academia. Driven by interests, many domestic scholars can not get rid of the temptation, leading to fast breeding in academic misconduct, especially college teachers. Since the beginning of the new century, the academic misconduct incidents among domestic scholars significantly increased in number, and became much worse. In view of this, the managing of academic misconduct is imperative and can be considered to start among college teachers groups.This Paper is divided into the following five parts:The first part of the is introduction, focusing on the background, purpose and significance, research status analysis and the main content of the study, the overall idea, an overview of research methods and innovations. The second part is the related concepts and defined analysis of moral education and academic misconduct. The third part is the manifestation of academic misconduct and its harm. The fourth part is the current academic misconduct motivation of college teachers. The fifth part is the practical countermeasures for academic misconduct from the perspective of moral education.The emergence of academic misconduct has occurred since long time ago, but after domestic and foreign research and analysis, there are few scholars trying to analyze from the perspective of moral education. This paper tries to define college academic misconduct from the perspective of moral education and by horizontal comparison of experience in managing academic misconducts of college teachers from relevant foreign regulatory agencies and colleges, seize the control of the future research trend of managing academic misconducts of college teachers. On this basis, the paper tries to analyze the causes of academic misconducts of college teachers, prevent and control those misconducts with measures of moral education, and take preventative measures from the perspective of wakening the conscience of scholars, improving management mechanism and promoting individual autonomy so as to manage academic misconducts of college teachers and stress the importance of moral education.
