A Study Of Emergency Plan About Campus Safety Emergency In Primary And Middle School

This article is aimed at the text of emergency plan about campus safety emergency in primary and middle school. The purpose of the study is that to earlier find the problems existing in the emergency plan and to complete the modification and supplement of it before the implementation of contingency plans issued. This article altogether is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction. The author surveys the text of emergency plan about campus safety emergency in primary and middle school through literature research and case study. This study has a certain significance of improvement about safety management in primary and secondary schools and development of campus emergency management in elementary and middle schools. To some degree, is beneficial to improve the campus emergency management system and the work efficiency of primary and middle school. In this part the author survey some relevant research at home and abroad, and summed up some useful opinions and views; The second part is the theoretical basis. Detailed in this part, the types, characteristics and compiling principle of emergency plan about campus safety emergency in primary and middle schools. The theoretical basis of this article from4principles of Scientific, integrity, harmony and operability involved in the information of emergency plan; The third part is the analysis of the program text. The author carry on the detailed analysis of the selected case according to4principles of emergency plan and work out four analysis conclusions by contrast and summary; The fourth part mainly put forward problems of emergency plans text in primary and middle schools based on the analysis conclusion of the third part. Through the analysis of the results of the survey, the author found that there are five problems about the text of emergency plan about campus safety emergency in primary and middle school:(1) The level is different and the gap is larger;(2) Lack of cooperation with external authorities;(3) The school’s own vulnerability assessment is insufficient;(4) Lack of combination with the surrounding scene environment;(5) Simplifying the emergency plan would also hinder development of it; The fifth part attempts to put forward some countermeasures in order to improve the current status of the emergency plan about campus safety emergency in primary and middle schools. It includes that the superior department should strengthen supervision for emergency plan, the school need to deepen learning and cooperation between others and make emergency plan template in order to develop flexible consciousness. Because these solutions are based on the discovered real problems in the research, so they have good feasibility and effectiveness.
