The Research On The Effect On The Local Sports Goods Industry By National Trails System Ninghai

National Trails System Ninghai was established in2009which broughtlots of social and economic benefits to the region. A investment ofnational public infrastructure has certain effect on local people’s lifeand related industrial development. Understanding National Trails SystemNinghai`s influence to local sporting goods industry has very importantmeaning for improving trails supporting system and economic effect,promoting the related industry linkage development. In view of this, thisthesis using the sports goods companies’ entrepreneurs and relatedpersonnel as the research object, researched National Trails SystemNinghai’s affects to local sporting goods industry, realization oftrails function and development needs of related enterprise. It aims tohelp National Trails System Ninghai to achieving its maximum impact. Thisthesis hope to using the existing results and related theory of publicsports facilities to perfect National Trails System Ninghai, to promotingthe sports industry development, to making the government decision morescientific and efficient and to Providing guidance to improve the sportspublic project management level.This article used the literature, interview survey, questionnaire andmathematical statistics method to do the research. Questionnaire designwas based on the theory of public goods externalities, public investmentand economic growth theory, and Michael Porter’s theory of competitiveadvantage. And using SPSS17.0statistical package I maked a factoranalysis of the survey data, constructing a total of six public factors.On basis on these, I used regression analysis of the effect on the localsports goods industry by national trails system Ninghai. And thendiscusses and analyzes their reasons. The thought of this thesis is“public infrastructure investment-influence factors to the developmentof industry-to promote industry development”. Through researching onthe multifaceted impact of public sports facilities for the local sportinggoods industry, I summarized the general rule of public facilitiesinvestment’s influence to related industry.Finally, the conclusions are as follows:(1) This article explores the national trails system Ninghai’s roleto the local outdoor sporting goods industry. The six public factorsconstructed by research can explain public sports and local sporting goodsindustry relations.(2) Trails system in our country is still in the initial stage, thegovernment investment benefit for rapid development of the sportsindustry. In this thesis, the six public factors which are Productmanagement, operating level, the Capital gravitation, policy environment, industry competition and human capital have a high correlation with localrelevant outdoor sporting goods industry.(3) Through regression equation on national trails system Ninghai`sinfluence, the policy environment is the most significant influence ofthe local sporting goods enterprises. The impact of the policy environment,no matter the data analysis or the results of the interviews can be givepositive proof that national trails system Ninghai has been recognizedas the the Ninghai political and economic brand of development.(4) Through the analysis, the government in the early stages of thetrail construction has the largest influence. I suggested the governmentconstruct platform, listen to the enterprise need, raise good policy toattract capital, establish a good market mechanism. And to the enterprise,I suggest to emphasis on science and technology, attract talent, and payattention to brand construction and improve social responsibility.Therefore, I hope national trails system Ninghai’s function can befurther improved. The government should establish a good platform, andhelp enterprises get better development opportunities during thedevelopment of the trail, so as to promote local economic development,provide better services for local people and local sports industry, andguide and support the healthy development of the Sporting Goods Industry.
