Large Stadium Construction Project Applications PPP Model Analysis And Risk Assessment

With the constant improvement of China’s socialist market economic system, thelevel of the national economy has been the rapid development of the needs of people onthe spiritual life has increased dramatically, sports play an important role. In addition,the success of the Beijing Olympic Games, Guangzhou Asian Games held in China’ssports industry has been rapid development, large sports complex project like amushrooming growth. As a result of these large stadiums taken by the state contributedto the building, the relevant government departments in charge of post-operation "mode,so that the development of China’s Large-scale gyms and stadiums are severelyhampered. Therefore, the use of PPP financing model investment necessary to buildlarge stadiums. PPP mode of investment, construction and operation of large stadiumsface a number of risk factors, in order to avoid economic losses caused by the project toinvestors, its risk assessment is particularly important to provide investors with usefultheoretical reference.In order to better risk assessment of China’s large-scale gyms and stadiums project,this paper first discusses the theoretical basis of the development of PPP, basic concepts,the application mode of classification and application of advanced model andimplementation of applications necessary condition. Furthermore, China’s Large-scalegyms and stadiums project development status and existing problems, combined withthe characteristics of large stadiums extremely relevant policy analysis, analysis of thenecessity and feasibility of the application of PPP model in the large sports complexproject. Then, by inspection of the relevant literature survey and interviews with experts,to identify risks in the large sports stadium project construction and operation process.To arrive at the main risks facing Large-scale gyms and stadiums in PPP financingmodel factors. And from the point of view of the construction side to build a large sports complex risk assessmnt system. Finally, the index weights given by the analytichierarchy process, the degree of risk of a large sports complex project made by thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Thus, the development of China’s large-scalegyms and stadiums made some suggestions.In this thesis through the PPP mode of China’s large-scale gyms and stadiumsproject risk assessment, to fully understand the factors leading to change of venuedevelopment and operation effects, and make a comprehensive evaluation, thusavoiding the large stadiums low economic efficiency, reduce unnecessary economiclosses.
