Research On The Digital Educational Resources Sharing In Basic Education

Since the80’s of last century, basic education information has gradually been on the agenda in China. The share of the digital educational resources becomes one of the hotspots in the study of the education information with it coming into the new era of digital. It can reduce or even eliminate the "digital divide" or "information isolated islands" and promote the development of basic education balance. High quality digital educational resources could be shared to every school in different levels and the quality of education and teaching will be improved as well. Children will study in an equal, effective, healthy and happy environment. However, this share has not been able to effectively realize due to the concept, technology, funding and many other problems.The research on the digital educational resources share in the basic education of Zhuzhou area has been carried through literature research, questionnaire survey, content analysis, et al. The results showed that some problems such as technical barriers, irrational allocation, inadequate investment and relative lack of high-quality digital education resources, etc were actual present.Some countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed according to the results of the investigation based on the suitable uses for the digital educational resources share in the basic education of Zhuzhou area. It is including as follow:1) Utilize cloud computing technology to solve the problem of technical barriers and maximize share of the digital high-quality education resources.2) Reduce the repetition rate of the construction of digital educational resources through a rational planning.3) Transform the investment idea and guarantee enough funds to construct this digital education resources sharing systems based on the principles of "practical, useful, enough".4) Develop high quality digital educational resources through lots of new methods to meet the actual needs of teachers and students. All above suggestions were hoped to provide the necessary theory or practice help for the development of it in basic education of Zhuzhou area in the future.
