Study On Operational Conditions Of "Basic Educational Resources Network In Jiangxi Province "

Countries proposed strategic plan of "give priority to the development of education and building strong human resources", is bound to raise the level of modernization of education. The paper entitled National Medium-long-term Educational Reform and Development Outline(2010-2020) put forward three demands about to speed up the process of education information:accelerating education information infrastructure, strengthen the development and application of high-quality educational resources, construction of the national management information system.From national to local, all level of the education sector are setting up their own resources network for basic education. Jiangxi Province Resource Center For Basic Education is one of the big wave, it is constructing the discipline of compulsory education network resources. By carefully crafted provincial network platform, it effectively promote the following administrative departments and schools on the basis of information technology in education.I visit different websites and compare Jiangxi Province Resource Center For Basic Education and others,summed up its advantages:the resource network has the first nonprofit network materials in Jiangxi Province,resource inventory,unique resource classification. There is a feature column Second Class.Of cause,the resource network also exists shortage:resources are not classified according to user roles, questions can not automatically be composited of examination paper, the implementation not enough of the resource management system. Against of its shortage,I made some improvement countermeasures:part of the functional modules and resources search methods need to be improved, some columns resources need to update to upgrade the resources to do the preview, resource description needed more detail, avoiding duplication of resources development, and implement a site management system, the introduction of commercial operation mechanism.
