In the college, we do some advanced research, culture some excellencepeople, provide service to the society, promote the development of the science ofhuman. In the21st century, knowledge economy, and the advancement ofmarketing, promote an unprecedented development of the university organization.In the competitive environment, colleges as same as the business organizationsshould consider how their organizational innovations for all aspects of resourceoptimization to enhance efficiency, achieve the sustainable development ofUniversity organization.This article has produced a "University management practicesquestionnaire" with the perspective of management psychology and relatedinformation at home and abroad. It receives some good reliability and validityindicators. We do some empirical research in34colleges with292studentsrandomly. This research object has build some concept models such astransformational leadership, innovation atmosphere and college organizationinnovation. We confirm the feasibility of the relationship between the threevariable models through correlation analysis, and return analysis. We confirmedthat the transformational leadership and innovation atmosphere have obviouslyeffective on college organization innovation. We also resolve the differences ofeffects and their interactions directly between the transformational leadership,and innovation atmosphere and the dimension degrees on college organizationinnovation.There have five departments of this paper. In the first part, we expoundthe research meaning and method of this paper overall, including description ofthe problem, definition of the concept, summary of the literature and theresearching method. Secondly, we do some review of the literature about concept,connotation, factors structure and measurement on transformational leadership,innovation atmosphere and college organization innovation. Thirdly, we raise thetheoretical model research assumes on empirical research. We do some researchon the relationship between transformational leadership and innovationatmosphere and college organization innovation. We also do some research about the intermediary role on innovation atmosphere. Fourthly, we do the dataprocessing and analysis of empirical research with SPSS method. We choose thestudy sample, distribute the questionnaires, select and analysis the data. We usethe best measurement model of transformational leadership, innovationatmosphere and college organization innovation. We test the reliability of thevariable with Cronbanch’s coefficients. So there have enough reliability of thequestionnaire. Finally, through empirical research, we find that there have somesignificant impact between transformational leadership, innovation atmosphereand college organization innovation. Through specific analysis of the impact ofthe dimensions, we make some relevant recommendations.This study on the organizational innovation of colleges, follow the step ofthe transformation in the age requirement. The research has a certain relevanceand significance to the country’s higher education development and managementinnovation. It is also the tentative empirical research in this area.
