Development Status Of Women Horse Vault And Countermeasures

As the research object to the elite athletes of the world women’s vault, using the research methods of literature, oral interviews, video observation, questionnaire, expert investigation, mathematical statistics and comparison, this paper analyzed the current trends of the world women’s vault, identified the status of the backwardness of the Chinese women’s vault, revealed the behind reasons of the Chinese women’s vault, and proposed the measures to change the backward situation of the Chinese women’s vault, with the aim to offer a reference to the Chinese relevant departments to formulate and prepare for the gymnastics planning (including the women’s vault) in the2016Olympic Games, change the backwardness of the status, and promote the development of the Chinese women’s vault and enhance a positive and practical significance.The results of this study are as follows:1. The development trend of the current world women’s vault:the difficulty of the action is to continue to develop; the quality is gradually improving; to win, you must master the two difficult high-quality actions.2. The backward status of the Chinese women’s vault is mainly manifested in the following aspects:since2009, there are no Chinese athletes in the world gymnastics competition; the groups and the individual all-around finals in the women’s vault strength decreased; there is a big gap in the level between the Chinese vault players and the foreign players.3. The Chinese women’s vault behind the main reason is as follows:the gymnastics population are reducing, and the selection is difficult; the physical quality of the Chinese athletes and special ability is generally poor; the basic techniques of primary and intermediate stages of the Chinese women’s vault is not solid enough and norms; the training is not enough emphasis, and the training philosophy can not to keep up with the development of the situation, and the lack of training methods and individualized.4. The measures of changing the backward situation of the Chinese women’s vault is as follows:the reform of the training system, increase the gymnastics training population, found and train the talented person; strengthen the physical fitness and the ability training of the female vault athletes; strengthen the women’s vault core technology research, change training concepts, master advanced theory technology and training methods; emphasis on women’s vault training, do a good job of the basic skills training, the vigorous development and innovation of the different types of the difficult and high-quality actions.
