The center management of a school is the management of teachers.Teachers are the final executors of the ideas to open a school. Under theexistence conditions, every school has to face the problem that is whetherit can improve the enthusiasm of teachers through effectiveencouragements. This article is to analyse the present conditions ofmanagement of teachers in No.3Junior High School in Wuhai，and it isfocus on the system of appointment,attendance, election of appraised,assessment, rewards and punishments of teachers, then find the problemsin these systems and give the ways of solving them. Then it can putforward suggestions to improve the enthusiasm of the teachers in No.3Junior High School in Wuhai.With effective incentive means to stimulateteachers, improve the teachers’ work enthusiasm and consciousness, so asto improve the working efficiency of the teachers, to give the referenceof the school management in future.
