Byuse of Excel software for data entry and finishing, and uses SPSS13.0statistical software, using thestatistical methods such as correlation analysis and variance analysis to sort out the indicators ofstatistical analysis.According to the results: through random evaluation sheet, took98valid questionnaire andevaluation sheets out of160,○1the overall quality of Dr. of graduates were good, overall fineproportion was96.94%; overall evaluation of hospital fine rate was97.96%.○2The highest Dr.Graduated self-review score index was "clinical level" and "military and political quality, low proportion score is" teaching level "and" potential "; the review from others were similar to self-review.○3By the relative analysis from Pearson, graduates self-report average score and others scored anaverage of the correlation coefficient was0.341, there was positive correlation (P=0.045), statisticallysignificant, self-evaluation of graduates and the hospital he evaluation results are basically identical,but the correlation coefficient is0.341, it is less consistence.○4Graduates overall quality score byanalysis of variance has no statistical significance (self-evaluation: F=0.64, P=0.72>0.05; he review:F=0.99, P=0.44>0.05), shows that eight hospitals (only1person, navy general hospital was notincluded in the comparison) graduates to the overall quality were roughly the same;○5The overallquality by analysis for Dr. graduated in different years which the variance is also no statisticalsignificance (self-evaluation: F=0.75, P=0.56>0.05, review: F=1.02, P=0.4>0.05), this is showsthat quality of Dr. graduated in different years are almost the same.The main education problems of Dr. graduates reflected from the graduates’ self-evaluation,feedbacks from the hospital review and questionnaire surveys is: lack of clinical ability and innovationability, must increase the intensity of doctoral training mode reform, have to improve theimplementation of the system of professional degree of clinical medicine, need to accelerate theinnovation ability as the core of doctoral education theory reform.
