Research Of The Influence Of The Women’s Federation Sectors In CPPCC’s On The Public Policy

Since the CPC’s sixteen conference, Tianjin’s achievements obvious to all. Economic has developed, the life of the people have improved and social become harmonious and stabilizing, all aspects of work has made a new achievement. The Tianjin’s CPPCC play a role in think-tank, made a positive contribution to promote scientific development, promote social harmony, expand citizens’ orderly political participation. The CPC’s eighteen conference has building a well-off society dream, and also request the CPPCC play an important role in deliberative democracy, better coordinating relations, pooling strengths, making proposals and serving the overall situation. Only by play the role of the CPPCC’s members, make all political parties, all organizations, all nationalities, all sectors participate in politics, mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, in order to make the government’s decisions on the basis of scientific and democratic.Women’s federation sectors is an important sectors of the CPPCC, which represents the benefit of the women. They have made a lot of valuable suggestion about to safeguard the rights of women and to promote women’s development. This paper based on the theory of deliberative democracy, selected several typical cases of political participation by women’s federation sectors of the12th CPPCC’s members in Tianjin as examples, summed up the experience by the work of the CPPCC, put forwarded the suggestion to improve the CPPCC’s members to participate in public policy. To provide a reference for the government, thus promoting China’s democratic political construction.This paper contains five chapters. The first part is an introduction, which presents the background, and the related domestic research. The first chapter elaborated the theory of deliberative democracy, introduced China’s features deliberative democracy theory, and the work of the CPPCC. The second chapter analyzed the composition of women’s federation sectors, introduced the way of political consultation. The third chapter selected several typical cases of political participation by women’s federation sectors of the12th CPPCC’s members in Tianjin as examples, analyzed the influence on public policy. The fourth chapter promoted the suggestions of the women’s federation sectors to participate in public policy.
