During the period of British Industrial Revolution in nineteenth Century, along with development of the society, British economy and class structure has undergone profound changes.The social and economic life in the student dramatic changes in the background, the traditional English land law system has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of social and economic development, land reform law to adapt the social change point requirements has become an important theme of the times. Due to various reasons, the nineteenth Century land law reform is to some extent touched the traditional legal system of land in some unreasonable factors, reflect the need of the social economic development, the embodiment of social legal system construction direction for early twentieth Century, reform of system of property law, has accumulated valuable experience.While the1925reform is in nineteenth Century on the basis of further reform, has made great achievements, and has positive significance.This paper first reviews about18th century British historian after land society, except to say the reform and related research, and through the research and analysis of the historical materials of the detailed illustration of this topic research present situation.
