| Physalis alkekengi L. var. francheti(Mast.) Makino,is a common Chinese traditional medicine mostly used in traditional Chinese prescriptions. It is stated in the Chinese pharmacopoeia, Physalis alkekengil is capable of expelling toxin and heat by cooling, relieving sorethroat, and dissipating phlegm.In this thesis, the chemical constituents of the 95% EtOH extract from the sepal of Calyx seu Fructus Physalis were studied. Fourteen compounds were isolated by D101 macroporous and column silica gel column. On the basis of the chemical and spectral methods, the structures of 10 compounds were identified as physalin D, physalin L, physalin O, physalin A, physalin P, Luteolin, Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, sitosterol, daucosterol, and a fatty acid.In addition, We carried on extraction conditions of total physalins from the sepal of Calyx seu Fructus Physalis and it’s extract to supply the experimental basis for its development.A method for determination of physalin A, physalin D, and luteolin in Physalis alkekengi L. by RP-HPLC was estabilished. The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can offer references for the quality control of Physalis alkekengi L.A fingerprint of raw material and extract of Physalis alkekengi L. has been studied and provides the quality information. According to the selected chromatographic conditions, a good fingerprint of Physalis alkekengi L. and its extract preparation has been described. The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility. It may be practical value for the quality control of sample for Physalis alkekengi L.and its extract.These results can be served as basement for the further study of Physalis alkekengil L. They also afford reliable experimental basis for the application of HPLC in quality control of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
