Were randomly divided into observation group and control group of30cases, were retrospectively analyzed. The observation group were treated with routine western medicine united Tongfutang enema, while the control group plus saline enema.Results:In the Western conventional therapy based on the use Tongfutang enema treated patients, the clinical symptoms and signs of recovery early in the observation group, and compared with the control group difference was statistically significant, P<0.05; trypsin index, blood, bloodclotting and biochemical indicators can quickly restore the control group, and P<0.05, significant difference; compared with the control group, the total effective rate and low rate of complications,but in terms of total efficiency was no significant difference (P>0.05), while the incidence of complications was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment based on conventional Western medicine decoction enema with Tongfutang can quickly relieve symptoms of severe acute pancreatitis, signs, recovery of gastrointestinal function, further progress in controlling the disease and reduce mortality.
