Due to the hidden onset of the disease, early diagnosis is difficult, lack of international unified standard for diagnosis and treatment, and the lack of effective treatments, patients with poor prognosis.Mentor professor Wang Shuchen think after HSCT BO the main etiology and pathogenesis of the evil is virtual to real, supporting the clinical application method of syndrome differentiation treatment, to improve the quality of life of patients, alleviate the symptoms, has obtained the good curative effect. This research through the retrospective study, professor analysis Wang Shuchen treatment after HSCT medication characteristics of BO, further summarizes professor Wang Shuchen clinical experience for the treatment of BO.Objective:This study of30patients with concurrent BO after HSCT visits, summarized the clinical data, sort out many times, preliminary summary professor Wang Shuchen treatment after BO formula, medication characteristics, to explore the diagnosis and treatment summary Wang Shuchen professor BO clinical experience.Methods:Selection in September2011to March2014in China academy of traditional Chinese medicine xiyuan hospital respiratory Wang Shuchen professor clinics, diagnostic for HSCT concurrent BO, on3or more times a appointment,30patients with complete clinical data, its supporting treatment adopts the method, summarizes the treatment for30days and60days after the change of the patients with TCM syndrome integral.Results:(1)TCM syndrome total efficacy results:the treatment of30days,60days before the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome summarized points and there was a significant difference (P<0.001), suggesting to effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms after treatment;(2) Single syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine efficacy results:the treatment of30days,60days was wheezing, cough symptoms integral have the significant difference (P<0.05), prompt treatment, the patient’s breathing, cough reduce.Conclusion:Professor Wang Shuchen supporting application treatments for patients with concurrent BO after HSCT, can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, especially could improve patients’ breathing, a cough.
