YouguiWan Impact On Autoimmune IL-6, IL-17, IL-21 Levels Of Premature Ovarian Failure Mice

Objective:To observe the efficacy of YouguiWan on autoimmune POF mice, as well as the changes of IL-6, IL-17,IL-21in mice after modeling, and the improvements after treatment.Method:80SPF BALB/c female mice were our experimental subjects, through the usage of transparent polypeptide(ZP3) we establish a mouse model of autoimmune POF. After modeling, per group took different liquid medicine orally. The course lasted one month.The mice were in January treatment after been sacrificed and taking material.we checked IL-6, IL-17,IL-21levels in blood,and observed the ovarian tissue morphology.Light microscope of ovarian morphology, SPSS19.0software package was used for statistical analysis.Results:Level of E2was significantly reduced in model mouse, FSH was significantly higher (P<0.01), indicating that the modeling was successful. In mouse model, IL-6、IL-17was significantly increased(P<0.01), IL-21did not change significantly (P>0.05), suggesting that IL-6, IL-17can be used as indicators reflecting immune injury in autoimmune POF mice. Therapy of combinition group and western medicine group significantly improved autoimmune POF mice serum E2levels. Bsides, therapy of combinition group reduced serum FSH levels significantly,the difference was statistically Significant (P<0.01). Compared with the Chinese and Western group and western medicine group, IL-6, IL-17levels decrease,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Chinese group and Western group was significant different in reducing the level of IL-6(P <0.05). We can see a large number of atretic follicles in model mice ovarians, but with very few growing follicles and mature follicles by light microscope;Chinese medicine group granule cells of the mature follicle is arranged in disorder,but still many atretic follicles;Chinese and Western group and western medicine group can be seen at all levels of growing follicles and a small amount of mature follicles,atretic follicles than in model group decreased significantly;Blank group mice follicular fluid is a rich, multi-particle level of mature follicles, can also be found a small number of atretic follicles.Conclusions:IL-6, IL-17can be indicators in clinical diagnosis and therapeutic monitoring of autoimmune POF.
