Acupuncture Treatment Of Female Bladder Back-shu Pure Stress Urinary Incontinence Clinical Research

Objective:Based on meridian theory and modern research acupoints, acupuncture bladder through the back shu points Simple clinical efficacy in treating female stress urinary incontinence.Methods:45cases of women with pure stress urinary incontinence will meet clinical diagnostic criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group (group bladder after back-shu)23cases and control group (Baliao point group)22cases. Select the bladder through Feishu treatment group, Xinyu, Yu liver, spleen, triple burner Yu, Shen Shu bilateral back-shu points, piercing needle depth of0.5to0.8inches, applying reinforcing-reducing techniques, each time the needle25minutes, every other day, for6weeks,18times as a course of treatment. Bladder control group selected by Ciliao, the Liao bilateral acupuncture obliquely depth of2to3inches, and the rest with the treatment group. Use of internationally recognized:voiding diary cards (Appendix1),1h pad test (Appendix2), the International Advisory Board of incontinence Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form (ICIQ-SF)(Appendix3), respectively before treatment and2,4,6weeks later, on integrating the two groups of patients evaluated for efficacy and statistical analysis.Results:(1)1h patients treated pad test,72h incontinence episodes,72h urine leakage extent, the amount of change in a week changing mat,1CIQ-SF, in the first two weeks after treatment, the first four weeks, six weeks before treatment comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group and the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).(2) In the control group of patients,1h pad test,72h incontinence episodes,72h urine leakage extent, the amount of change in a week changing mat, ICIQ-SF, in the first two weeks after treatment, the first four weeks, six weeks before treatment comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Treatment group (bladder after back-shu group) and control group (Baliao point group) patients after treatment, the patient’s incontinence pad test1h,72h incontinence episodes,72h urine leakage extent, the amount of change in a week changing mat, ICIQ-before treatment were significantly improved clinical indicators-SF and so on. Treatment group (bladder after back-shu group) and control group (Baliao point group) after treatment, no significant changes in clinical indicators difference.
